Natural Chemistry Salt Water Cell Cleaner

Before Starting: Always follow your specific salt system manufacturer’s recommendations for cell removal and handling. Turn off the pool’s circulation system before beginning. Wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling.

1. Turn off power and circulation: Shut down the pool pump and control system.
2. Remove the cell: Detach the salt chlorine generator cell per the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Prepare for cleaning: Cap one end of the cell with a water-tight cover and place it vertically (cap-side down) into a clean 5-gallon plastic bucket.
4. Add Cell Cleaner: Pour the entire 1-quart bottle of product into the cell so that the solution fills the interior.
5. Soak the cell: Allow the cell to soak for 15–30 minutes, letting the formula dissolve scale deposits.
6. Dispose or return solution: Pour the cell’s contents into the deepest part of the pool, or dispose of excess per local regulations.
7. Rinse thoroughly: After soaking, rinse the cell with a garden hose to remove loosened deposits.
8. Reinstall and restart: Reinstall the cell and restart the pool circulation system.
