Jack's Magic Power Blue Super Filter Backwash Cleaner removes oils and crud that clog your sand or D.E. filter. One simple treatment brings the life back to your filters, helping create a sparkling clear pool.

For Sand and D.E Filters

Turn filter pump off, remove pump lid clean debris from strainer, pour one full quart into pump basket, securely replace pump lid, set filter selector valve to backwash position, turn pump on, be sure pump primes, run pump for 5-10 seconds or until the first hint of blue appears in the back wash sight glass. Turn pump off so timer can not turn back on. Let set over night, then backwash as usual. Return to normal filter operation.

Cleans well

Cleaner did work well, although, I still have to remove filters from the container to clean all debris out. Good product.
