The Pentair EC-145320 - Sand Dollar Top Mount Pool Filter SD 40 is a top of the line sand filter housing that will ensure that your pool is a clean as possible. Using 150 pounds of fine, angular filter sand, the filter is designed to proficiently catch and remove unwanted dirt and debris that can be a problem for pool owners. That removed debris can then be easily backwashed away once removed from the water. The Sand Dollar utilizes a lateral design that provides flow options and extended filter cycles to help make operation as efficient as possible.
