Pool Heaters are an excellent addition to any pool, allowing you to keep your pool pleasantly warm throughout the pool season and into the colder months. They are available in multiple sizes in both gas and solar heater to meet your needs. Gas heaters are offered in electronic and millivolt models to further tailor the heater to your pool.
Gas Heaters
Gas heaters are the most popular heater type available, providing all the heat your pool needs to stay open longer and remain comfortable for swimmers. They are available in natural gas models for easy hookup to your house, or in propane models where natural gas is simply not available. There are two types of ignition for gas heaters: millivolt and electronic.
Millivolt gas heaters use a traditional pilot light to trigger ignition, significantly reducing the complexity of the heater for an easy installation. They do not need any electrical hookup, eliminating the need for a heating and cooling professional to come out and install your heater. Best of all, they are still as easy to operate as your home thermostat.
Electronic gas heaters utilize advanced electronic ignition for faster heating times and no possibility of blowout, which can happen with pilot lights. While eliminating that sometimes annoying pilot light, it does require installation by an electrician to ensure safe, proper wiring to your house. Operation is as easy as adjusting the thermostat in your home.
Solar Heaters
Solar heaters harness the power of the sun's rays to heat your pool water, saving you money while helping out the environment. Their black heating panels can be installed on a rack next to your pool for easy connection to your pump, or mounted onto your roof for better exposure to direct sunlight and to save yard space.
