SpaGuard's Total Alkalinity Increaser provides spa owners with a simple, effective treatment to combat too low spa alkalinity, which if left untreated can cause corrosion damage, weaken your sanitizers ability to keep your spa clean, and cause skin and eye irritation. Total Alkalinity Increaser's formula reverses these affects, as well as stabilizing your spas pH level to prevent pH bounce that can give spa owners headaches. Once applied, you can spend more time enjoying you spa rather than maintaining it.

Dosage

1 Tbsp. per 100 gallons raises total alkalintiy 25 ppm.

1-2/3 Tbsp. per 100 gallons raises total alkalinity 50 ppm.

2-1/2 Tbsp. per 100 gallons raises total alkalinity 75 ppm.

3-1/2 Tbsp per 100 gallons raises total alkalinity 100 ppm.

Product Use

Use this product to raise the total alkalinity in your spa or hot tub. Total Alkalinity Increaser is compatible with all sanitizer types.

Directions

Use container cap as convenient measure.
Use an accurate test method to determine alkalinity of water.
Using rest results determine the required amount of SpaGuard Total Alkalinity Increaser needed to adjust the alkalinity to maintain a reading of 150 ppm.
With pump running on high speed, pour the required amount directly into spa water and continue running pump for 30 minutes.

	by Paul on 4/3/2009	Really works! When I first got my new spa this was included but I didn't use it at first and I kept adding ph up and ph down products every day or so. Then I used this and now I infrequently have to add the other products and the ph is in the ideal range most of the time!
