Dosage

Use 1 test strip per water testing.

Ingredients

Specially formulated test strips to ensure accurate testing.

Product Use

Use this product to accurately test your SpaGuard Soft Soak spa.

Directions

  1. Dip a strip into water for 1 second, remove.  Hold strip level for 15 seconds.  Starting with Calcium Hardness pad (nearest the thumb) compare that pad to color of chart.  Continue to compare pH pad at 20 seconds and total alkalinity pad at 30 seconds.
  2. Re-dip the strip, and rapidly move the strip back and forth under water for 30 seconds.  Compare the Sanitizer pad to the color chart.

Note: The SoftSoak Sanitizer levels should register between 30-50 ppm.  If below 30 ppm add more Sanitizer.  Read SoftSoak Sanitizer directions for proper dosing.

Note: The total alkalinity levels should register between 80-120 ppm.  If the total alkalinity is high add SpaGuard pH Decreaser.  If total alkalinity is low add SpaGuard Total Alkalinity Increaser to raise total alkalinity.

Note: The pH levels should register between 7.2 and 7.6. If pH is high add SpaGuard pH Decreaser.  If pH is low add SpaGuard pH Increaser.

Note: The calcium hardness level should register 200-300 ppm. If calcium hardness is low add SpaGuard Calcium Hardness Increaser.

SpaGuard Test Strips are excellent
These test strips are the easiest to use of all I have tried. They provide accurate results and are reliable. They are also economical.
