| Spa Essentials pH Anchor gives spa owners a simple way to stabilize their spas pH level, reducing the amount of products and time devoted to balancing your system. Once your desired pH level is reached, simply add pH Anchor to hold it there. Other benefits include removal of dissolved calcium and softening of the water, reducing the amount of chemical products that you will need to buy. This treatment is compatible with chlorine and bromine sanitizers; however, it cannot be used with plaster and tile-surface spas. This treatment will simplify maintenance and give you more time to enjoy your spa. | |
Dosage
Add 1 qt per 300 to 500 gallons of spa water. If calcium hardness exceeds 150 ppm a total of 2 qts is required per 300 to 500 gallons.

Use this only for water changes!
This seemed to work really well the last time we actually used the whole bottle (no skimping) and remembered to put it in while the water was cold upon water change refill.
However, don't use it when water is already hot (even if adding a half tub of new water) - it clouds and bubbles brown goopy stuff. |
