For best results balance the pool water before using this product. For best results, add this product when the chlorine level is below 0.5 ppm. After 36 hours the chlorine level may be increased to the normal operating range.
Application:
- Wearing rubber gloves, predissolve this product in approximately 4 gallons of water in a 5 gallon plastic pail.
- Slowly pour this solution into the pool water around the edge of the pool.
- For stubborn stains in local spots, sprinkle Stain Remover directly over the problem area.
- Wear rubber gloves for protection when handling.
Final Step:
- Add full dose of Scale & Stain Control on hour after Stain Remover treatment to prevent return of the stains.
- Do not apply a shock product to the pool for 4 days after applying stain remover.
