I live in Florida and have been using for a week now, have an electric heater which costs a fortune to keep running, well we tried this as a solar cover and LOVE IT. Drops heat about 2 degrees at nite and then heater comes on for shorter periods of time now. Nights are in the low 60's so this is awesome, will have to let you know about December and January weather. As far as water level, not sure yet, was not a concern.

I Tried this product based on advertising claims. Although this product had the "LOOK" of a water cover for the first day of use, I kept a close record on the results and can say there was a ZERO Degree difference while I was using this product. I saw no change in evaporation or water level,ect. just a change in my wallet!

We've been in an awful drought in Central Florida, so I bought this to try to decrease the amount of water I have to add to the pool (which is wasteful and costly!). I used this religiously according to the bottle's instructions, and it did absolutely NOTHING! Don't waste your money!
