Leaderboard Terms Of Use

The Pool Geek Leaderboard Terms of Use are very important. These terms were created to protect Pool Geek and its valued customers. Please read the Terms of Use below to better understand the usage of the Pool Geek Leaderboard, the distribution of the Pool Geek Leaderboard charity donation, and Pool Geek's exception of liability. 1. Your use of the Pool Geek Leaderboard is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with the following Terms of Use. By using the Pool Geek Leaderboard, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Pool Geek Leaderboard.
2. You are prohibited from using the Pool Geek Leaderboard to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.
3. You are prohibited from uploading/posting any material that is of obscene, vulgar, threatening, misleading, harassing, pornographic, or of profane nature. Pool Geek reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any uploads/postings that Pool Geek deems inappropriate. Pool Geek has the right in its sole discretion to edit, remove, or refuse to post any uploads/postings.
4. You agree to not upload/post any information protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right.
5. Pool Geek may use, reproduce, edit, display, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of any uploaded/posted information on the Pool Geek Leaderboard for any purpose without any compensation to a user of any kind.
6. Pool Geek reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any Terms of Use at any time.

1. The chosen and awarded charity must be a legitimate non-profit organization. Pool Geek reserves the right to refuse a charitable donation to a chosen organization if Pool Geek deems the organization illegitimate.
2. The user in 1st rank will be notified via e-mail/phone. If the user in 1st rank has not chosen a charity on his/her profile, Pool Geek will allow them 5 business days to choose a charity. Following the email/phone notification and the passing of 5 business days, Pool Geek reserves the right to notify the user in 2nd rank via e-mail/phone and to award the donation to their charity of choice. If the user in 2nd rank has not chosen a charity on his/her profile, Pool Geek will allow them 5 business days to choose a charity. Following the email/phone notification and the passing of 5 business days, Pool Geek reserves the right to notify the user in 3rd rank via e-mail/phone and to award the donation to their charity of choice. If the user in 3rd rank has not chosen a charity on his/her profile, Pool Geek will allow them 5 business days to choose a charity on his/her profile.
3. You are prohibited from uploading/posting any material that is of obscene, vulgar, threatening, misleading, harassing, pornographic, or of profane nature. Pool Geek reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any uploads/postings that Pool Geek deems inappropriate. Pool Geek has the right in its sole discretion to edit, remove, or refuse to post any uploads/postings.
4. If the users in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank fail to choose a charity, Pool Geek reserves the right to award the charitable donation to a charity of Pool Geek’s choosing.
5. Decisions made by Pool Geek are final.
6. Pool Geek reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Pool Geek Leaderboard at any time without prior notice.

1. Use of the Pool Geek Leaderboard is at your own risk. By using the Pool Geek Leaderboard you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of the Pool Geek Leaderboard and you agree to hold harmless Pool Geek and its employees. You further agree that Pool Geek and the other users of the Pool Geek site will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by a reliance on the uploaded/posted information.
2. Information uploaded/posted on the Pool Geek Leaderboard is not provided as legal or professional advice. Pool Geek does not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss caused to a Geek, a person, or property when using the information uploaded/posted by Pool Geek and its users through our website, telephone services, or e-mail.

1. By uploading a photo, you certify that you have the right to distribute the photo. Photos with objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, copyrighted material and other offensive, illegal, or inappropriate images are not allowed. Pool Geek reserves the right to remove any images that we may deem inappropriate per the Terms of Use.
