HTH 3 In 1 Chlorinating Pool Tablets

How To Use: 

1. One tablet weighs approximately 9.5-10 ounces. 
2. Use in the skimmer. 
3. Remove any other chemicals or chemical residue from skimmer basket before adding recommended amount of this product. 
4. Failure to do so could result in a chemcial reaction or possible explosion. 
5. Place tablets in the empty skimmer basket. 
6. Replace with new tablets as needed.

Water Balance: 

Note: For best product performance, swimmer comfort, and crystal clear water, use the following directions.

1. Maintain pH in the range of 7.2 to 7.6.
2. Maintain total alkalinity in the range of 60 to 100 ppm.
3. Maintain calcium hardness above 200 ppm. 
4. Use a reliable test kit that measures all these ranges. 
5. Use HTH Pool Care Products to make any needed adjustments. 
6. Follow label directions for each product.

Opening Your Pool: 

Note: For best results, refer to the Water Balance section above before treatment.  Always adjust and maintain your pH in the 7.2 to 7.6 range.

1. Follow Shock Treatment directions below. 
2. Allow 30 minutes for products to disperse.
3. Test free available chlorine residual witha pool test kit.  Do Not enter pool until the free chlorine residual is 1-4 ppm. 
4. Repeat treatment as needed. 
5. For best results during the pool season, follow the HTH 4 Step Program.

Routine Chlorination: 

Note: For best results, see Water Balance section above. 

1. Throughout the pool season, adjust your pH to 7.2 to 7.6. 
2. Begin using 3 tablets of this product per 7,000 gallons of pool water. 
3. If you stabilize your pool water with HTH stabilizer and conditioner, only 1 tablet is needed per 7,000 gallons of pool water. 
4. After 1 day, use a suitable test kit to check free available chlorine residual. 
5. Increase or decrease the number of tablets as needed to maintain a free available chlorine residual of 1-4 ppm. 
6. Follow How To Use section above.

Floater/Feeder Use: 

1. Use only a new floater/feeder or one that has been previously used to distribute this product only. 
2. Place the required number of tablets inside the chamber. 
3. If the floater/feeder is equipped with an adjustable chamber, set the opening to maximum water flow. 
4. Test water and adjust to maintain the 1-4 ppm free available chlorine residual. 
5. When the tablets are completely dissolved, replace with new tablets as needed.

Shock Treatment: 

Note: For best results, see Water Balance section above before treatment.

1. Adjust and maintain pH to 7.2 to 7.6 with HTH pH Plus or Minus. Follow label directions on that product. 
2. Allow product to disperse before proceeding.
3. Shock treat using HTH Sock It, Super Sock It, Sock It Shock N Swim, or Super Sock It Shock N Swim.  Follow product directions on label.
4. Do Not enter pool until the free available chlorine residual is 1-4 ppm.

3 tablets per 7,000 gallons of pool water.

Important: If your pool has been treated with HTH stabilizer and conditioner, only 1 tablet is needed.

Use this product to keep your pool properly sanitized, while giving it the benefit of preventing scale build-up as well as dry skin to swimmers.
