Applied Biochemists Thio Trine reduces or eliminates excessive chlorine or bromine levels. This product contains special 100% sodium thiosulfate crystals neutralize residual chlorine or bromine in pool and/or spa water. This product works quickly and effectively so you can prevent pool downtime due to excessive chlorine or bromine levels. In addition to working in chlorine or bromine systems, this product also works with pools sanitized with biguanide. Reduce sanitizer to safer, more comfortable levels with Thio Trine.

Dosage

Pools: 1 oz. of Thio-Trine will neutralize 1 ppm of chlorine or bromine in 10,000 gallons of water. (1 oz. is equivalent to 4 tsp.)

Spas: Add 1/2 teaspoon of Thio-Trine with circulation system operating. Wait 1 hour before rechecking chlorine or bromine residual. If still to high repeat until residual is in the desired range.

Use this product to neutralize excessive chlorine, or bromine levels. Compatible with chlorine, bromine, and biguanide sanitizers

Directions

Determine the amount of Thio-Trine needed. Add only half of this required amount in front of return line with the pump running. Wait 1 to 2 hours and retest the chlorine or bromine level. Then introduce more Thio-Trine as needed to return to the desired chlorine or bromine level.
